Specific scope and deliverables are agreed in writing per engagement.
We make reasonable commercial efforts to deliver agreed services to professional standards, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as ranking positions, conversion rates, or revenue figures) — marketing results depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and client implementation of recommendations.
Monthly retainer engagements are invoiced monthly, with payment due within 14 days of invoice date. Project-based work follows a milestone payment schedule agreed at engagement start, typically with deposit on signing, progress payments at agreed milestones, and final payment on delivery.
Late payments may incur late fees and may cause work to be paused until the account is current. Substantially overdue accounts may result in engagement termination and the requirement to settle balance before any further work or transfer of project assets.
Work product created specifically for your engagement (custom content, designs, code, visual assets) transfers to you upon full payment for the relevant project or month. Our pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property and may be reused across engagements.
You warrant that any materials, brand assets, copy, or content you provide to us for use in your engagement are owned by you or properly licensed, and do not infringe on third-party rights.
RankRush services are provided on a commercial best-efforts basis. Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of our services.
